Big Picture's founder, Richard Bourke, has facilitated literally thousands of encounters between clients and consumers yet he continues to be inspired by 'what could be'.

Richard is a highly experienced brand strategist and one of New Zealand's leading qualitative specialists. His 20+ years combined experience in marketing, advertising and research consultancy has laid a solid foundation for the formation of Big Picture, and the development of key marketing strategy tools such as 'Immersion', an innovative approach to delivering the customer experience to clients.

Over the past 20+ years Richard has helped develop some of New Zealand's biggest brands including Telecom, Toyota and Lion Nathan.

Outside of work he writes music and when he gets time, jams with friends. If he's not kicking back with his guitar he can be found hanging out at the beach with his family.
